Barbara graduated from San Francisco State University after growing up in a military family, living and traveling throughout the world. She has been privately investing in real estate since the late eighties and has successfully owned and managed a real estate investment company. With a strong background in financing, she has the experience to solve the many issues that arise in real estate transactions. Her tenure in land acquisition and development procedures, combined with her knowledge of new construction is instrumental in her client’s investment decisions. She has also been a member of the Commercial Brokerage Association for over 8 years.

Residing in Gig Harbor for more than 16 years, Barb knows the neighborhoods, schools, and the many amenities of this extraordinary community. Currently she enjoys life in the Puget Sound on a 15 acre farm with her family and animals.
